For this consultation there is a $300 fee, for which you will receive expert advice from our team on upgrades to perform within your desired budget that will optimize your home's potential. This service includes provision of a written, room-by-room suggestions for repairs and upgrades which includes light fixtures, faucets, etc along with the associated costs.
